The balance glove develops ALL of the muscles that control your hand, fingers, wrist, and forearm. You can improve your coordination and reduce the risk of injury if you balance your flexors and extensors.
The design is based on three principles that are keys to your success: 1) Balanced Neuromuscular Development - Bi-directional resistance for developing all of the muscles that control your hands. 2) Progressive Resistance Exercise - You can increase the resistance as you get stronger. You can tighten the elastic cord, and you can insert a higher force ball. 3) The Comfort of a Garment - A glove adapted for exercise is more comfortable than a device based on springs or rings.
